Millennium Signatures Marksman by Systems Inc. has been selling, servicing and supporting all aspects of the Electro-Chemical Etching Process as used for the purpose of putting permanent, professional looking identification on conductive metal parts since 1972.
For those who are not familiar with the process, it is a very proven process of utilizing sodium based electrolytic solutions combined with a low pulsing voltage to dissolve and extract metal from the surface through a Mask or Stencil and trap it into a special Felt Pad. The process only takes a few seconds to complete for a basic surface etch. It’s very safe and easy to use, but there are a variety of different Electrolyte Formulations that can be used across all your various conductive metals and alloys.
