Millennium Signatures is able to design inks for adhesion to actual product as opposed to paper and labels.
We can design inks that;
- are designed to give incredible adhesion and colour fast reliability to aircraft components.
- are used specifically in the Aerospace Industry
- can bond to almost any material and be designed to withstand various environmental conditions.
- have variable drying times (ie. dry very quickly, more slowly)
- are designed not to bleed in specific
- are designed to be continuously printed.
-
are formulated in any colour and we formulate the ink to the exact requirements for each customers application.
- can be used in both Industrial Direct and Off-Set Printing and Ink Jet Printing as well.
Hand in hand with our custom ink products we also formulate solvents to:
- break the inks down.
- be used for clean-up.
- be used for machine maintenance.
- be used to speed up or slow down the dry time of an ink.
The solvents are like a natural partner to the inks and we make sure we offer solvents that are a match to the specific of the ink being used.
Millennium Signatures Marking Systems provides a variety of inks and their corresponding solvents for various marking applications. While ink is not technically classified as a permanent method of marking, for those applications found in the Aerospace Industry we have formulated some of the best bonding and wearing inks available, ideal for the most demanding industrial applications. Millennium Signatures has inks for most materials specializing in formulations for metals and specialty alloys.
In addition to Specialty Marking Inks, we also supply Dry Ink Pads and Trays for manual marking applications and also produce high-quality Custom Rubber Stamps and Precision Rubber Strip Dies for Direct or Offset Ink Marking applications.
Our Inks and Solvents are typically produced and sold in the following sizes, 8oz, 16oz, 1-Quart, 1-Gallon and 5- Gallon containers. Due to the high quality of our inks and solvents and that they are most often formulated to meet application-specific requirements, larger batches are produced upon request requiring a few days for delivery.
Aerospace Industry Inks- Specific Formulations
Our most popular selling ink is our 73XNW Marking Ink formulated specifically for the AEROSPACE Industry. Due to its popularity, this ink is maintained on the shelf in White and Black and has a corresponding solvent called a Reconditioner that is ideal for thinning of the ink and for cleanups. MSDS Safety Data Sheets are supplied with all product. Independent Batch Certification is available at an additional cost upon request.
