ELECTROLYTES FOR PART MARKING

Millennium Signatures keeps dozens of freshly made Electrolyte Formulations on the shelf and ready to ship at all times. We have some NEW formulations that create higher contrast results on stainless steel which is popular for the Food Equipment and Medical-Surgical Manufacturing Sectors. As has always been the case dating back to the 1970’s, we continue to support all Aerospace Marking Applications and have all the popular electrolytes found in the specifications of the big aircraft and military manufacturing companies readily available. We sell our electrolytes in 1-Litre re-useable Plastic Containers and sealed 20-Litre Pails. Sample bottles are available for trial and application testing.

We have a complete line of Neutralizers to compliment the Electrolytes used for your Marking Applications, this includes concentrated EXTRA strength formulations and our very popular Neutralizing Wipes.

It is available in BLACK, WHITE, RED, BLUE, SILVER, GREEN and ORANGE.
We can provide technical specification on its Application, Storage, Details on Adherence, Drying Time, Shelf Life, Out Gassing Characteristics as well as Certificates of Compliance and MSDS/SDS Data

Recommended storage temperature is 65 to 85 Degrees Fahrenheit

73X RECONDITIONER
We also sell the corresponding solvent known as “Reconditioner” This product is the properly matched solvent allowing the 73X Series Marking Ink to be thinned out for application, refreshed as it starts to age and also very important for clean-up application. If mistakes are made during application you want to have the proper solvent on hand to allow it to be easily removed before trying again.

CUSTOM CUT STENCILS

   

Millennium Signatures Marking Systems Inc., just assisted one of our favourite neighbours “Viking’s Landing” in Burlington Ontario with some Custom Cut (Disposable) Oil Board Stencils to make some fun new targets ahead of their promotional segment on CHCH Morning Live with Tim Bolen. Traditionally they use a typical series of circles with a red bullseye, but to celebrate our local newscasters visiting they decided to shake things up a little.
